1. How do I know what size unit I will need?
At Innisfil Self Storage all you need do is answer a few simple questions and one of our friendly knowledgeable staff will be happy to help ascertain what size unit you will require. Our Unit Sizes page can also be useful.
2. What are the requirements (do I need a credit card?)
We ask that you provide a valid mailing address as well as phone number. We also require the first months rent upon signing the rental contract. We accept Debit, Visa, Master Card, Cheques…or old-fashioned cash.
3. What do you mean by "heated units"?
All of our Units have in-the-floor radiant heating. We try to maintain a winter temperature of 45-50 degrees Fahrenheit. In summer our units stay relatively cool, as the buildings are well insulated with 6-inch insulated walls and attic.
4. When signing the lease do we have to commit to a specified amount of time?
Our lease agreements are on a monthly basis. We have a minimum 1 month rental. After the 1 month, it is our policy to refund on any unused portion of rent if leaving partway during a rental period.
5. When will the rent on my unit be due?
The rental due date is the same date that you signed the original contract. For example, if you signed the contract on May 15 then your next payment is due on June 15.
6. What kind of access I will have to my unit?
We provide a gate access card that will allow a you access from 5:00am to 11:00pm seven days a week. (there is a $20.00refundable deposit for the card).
7. Are there any hidden costs?
The only other cost involved with a new contract is a one-time $10.00 administration fee on all new accounts.
8. What about security?
At Innisfil Self Storage we have 12 security cameras recording 24hrs a days. We also have a well lit fenced-in compound. One of our managers lives on-site.
